HISTORY

The history is connected to studying volumes. In 1791, Descroizilles created the first one, like a graduated cylinder. Gay-Lussac made it better in 1824 by adding a side part and calling it "burette." Mohr improved it more with a clamp and bottom tip, making it simpler for measuring volumes.
